The Furniture Loft cannot promise specific delivery times in order to maintain 100% satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Deliveries are scheduled and subject to availability. If you are not able to accept delivery we do suggest that you appoint an authorized representative to receive your delivery on your behalf.
You will receive a call from our delivery team providing you with a delivery window of when to expect your delivery.
If the driver arrives at your home and no one is there to accept the delivery, we will leave a "sorry we missed you" card at your residence and we will be happy to reschedule your delivery for a different day.
If you miss your delivery it will be necessary for us to collect another delivery fee before the delivery can be completed.
Please ensure your room is clear and ready for delivery.
